Ever since I was young I've loved teaching and challenging myself not only to help myself but others. This is the reason I studied psychology and correctional support services.
Now, that I am a driving instructor I am able to apply my educational background to help others gain the physical and mental skills necessary to overcome fear and anxiety while in a stressful situation.
I am excited to be a part of an exciting adventure in people's lives where I can help them learn to take control of their wheel so they can continue to safely head in the right direction to reach their destination.
I challenge myself to strive to make every experience fun, exciting, safe, and rewarding.

fairly new to the state, my family and I moved here in January 2023 from Long Beach, California.
My hobbies are skating, dancing, baking, and karaoke. My homemade chocolate chip walnut

Hello, my name is Debra Settle, I am a native of Las Vegas and a graduate from Ed W Clark High School class of 1980. I have been married to the love of my life for 33 years. We have three grown children who have given us eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild. My husband and I take care of a feral colony of cats in our neighborhood. We worked with rescues to get them TNR'd and became their caretakers. The joy of taking care of our furbabies is a lot of work but makes us feel prosperous.
I am a retired drive examiner and have years of experience with being a part of the behind-the-wheel process. As an examiner, I have watched students pass and fail their drive test. I am excited at the opportunity to be a part of the instructional training. Being an instructor has taught me patience and to trust in people who want the opportunity to learn defensive and safe driving. I love saying "There is a reason and rhyme for what is implemented on our roads". As you learn, I learn...every day. Let me help you to help me! Have a fantastic day!
