I was able to pass my driving test thanks to Zachary, David, Debra, and Luke at the office! They were always kind and taught me traffic rules carefully! They also quickly found an available instructor so I could take the DMV test, and on the test day, after practicing for an hour and a half, they gave me a ride to the DMV and encouraged me! I’m truly grateful to all of them!

After completing the in person class I can happily say that this class spent the entire time explaining both the importance of driving skill and personal health in combination. It not only focuses on the safety of yourself in your vehicle, but focuses on the safety of other around you while driving as well. The notes go into great depth and presentations do a good job at helping the class memorize important things about driving. Would recommend to people I know who may be in need of a driving school.

Pedro was a great help in helping me understand how to maintain speed and helped me understand little basics of driving

Debrah was phenomenal in teaching me methods of maintaining, how to build confidence in my driving, and how to be a overall better observer.

I had an amazing experience in my drivers ed class ! The instructor was very helpful and he helped me understand each topic very well, I took the 15 hour in classroom and 6 hours in the car. Reasonable pricing for the amount of teaching you get, totally recommend.

I was terrified to drive because of a past trauma from my childhood. I honestly thought I would never be behind the wheel. But my instructor Brittany created a very calm environment. I would 10/10 recommend taking these lessons without the help of my instructors, Debra and Valeria. Great place to begin to learn the rules of the road and know the important tips and tricks about driving and focusing on the road and also the other vehicles on the road with you. I took a lesson with Frankie Fopiano and had a driver's ed class that he taught. He was a very good teacher and made driving a calming experience for me during my lesson. The driver's ed class was also extremely helpful and perfect very helpful over taking a regular online class. I was able to learn so much and understand the foundations and properties of being a good driver with a good mindset and being safe and aware. Luke was also a very helpful person when I first signed up for this school as well. The staff at this driving school is very nice, kind, and patient. I had a great experience learning the ways of the roads. I came here with no knowledge on driving at all. In only two days I was able to learn so much. Miss Margaret gave me the best preparation and lesson for driving! I was her student and she gave me pointers that prepared me for the test but also for driving beyond the test. After our lesson I kept practicing and remembered all the tips and teaching Miss Margaret taught me and January of this year I went back and passed first try! If you consider yourself a terrible driver or if you're afraid to get behind the wheel, I would definitely recommend Northwest Driving School. Wow just wow! This school does care for each and every one of their students and truly wants them to do their best. My first lesson I had completely no idea what I was doing and I was utterly scared out of my mind. I had never been behind the wheel before. My instructor was more than happy to help and teach me all the basics. They never judged me or got mad at me for doing anything wrong, all they did was try and help me see how I could do better moving forward. Over time, I gained confidence driving and now view myself as an excellent driver. My instructor took me to Henderson, UNLV, the I15, and so many other difficult places to travel. If you fully listen and take the feedback this driving school is just for you. I partook in the Tesla experience and wow it was the best decision I could have made. The instructor Frankie is phenomenal, I have learned so much knowledge from him. The entire time he was so supportive and made me feel that I was safe. I am so sad to see our time come to an end because I will miss our two hour long sessions that have provided me with such confidence behind the wheel. This school isn’t just trying to get you to pass the drivers test, they want you to be able to make it in the real world as a good driver who is able to handle any situation. I am so thankful for the amount of effort they have put into teaching me and would definitely recommend Northwest Driving School to anyone who is thinking about learning to drive. Before this experience, I was being taught how to drive by my mother and uncle. While they gave me tips on what to do, I was still a little lost. I had such an amazing experience with this driving school, especially thanks to Debra, who was my instructor. She was seriously the best. From the start, she made everything feel less scary and so much more doable. Her way of explaining things was clear, calm, and never made me feel dumb for asking questions or messing up (which I did… a lot lol). She really helped build my confidence, and I 100% believe she’s the reason I passed my driving test.

Even after getting my license, Debra didn’t just disappear — she’s still been there for me, helping me navigate real-world driving situations and giving me advice whenever I’ve needed it. She’s literally the reason I’m not scared to be on the road, she taught me so many other skills that I use every single day. Her support didn’t stop at the test — she truly cares.

Pedro was also super helpful in my early stages. He helped lay the foundation when I was still figuring out the basics and always kept things chill and encouraging.

Luke also deserves a big shoutout for helping me with all the paperwork and admin stuff. Whether it was scheduling or handling DMV questions, he was always quick, professional, and made sure everything went smoothly on the back end so I could focus on learning to drive.

I’m beyond grateful for this team, especially Debra. If you’re looking for someone who will make driving make sense, keep you calm, and actually support you beyond just the test, ask for her. She’s the reason I’m a confident driver today.

This driving school was amazing! I signed up for behind-the-wheel lessons with Val (Valeria Romano) and she was super sweet, conversational, and helpful! Driving with her was great! Plus, the two-day instruction was really easy and smooth! My instructor Mr. Fopiano was really knowledgeable about driving, the road, DMV regulations, and the things that new, teenage drivers are usually unaware of. The campus was nice and lunch was provided for us students both days. This driving school was amazing and I cannot recommend it more!

I had tried three different driving schools before finding this one, and let me tell you — it’s rough out there. Most were disorganized, rushed, or made me feel more anxious. The instructors were very nice and understanding, and they made me feel so much more confident about driving. I am so glad that I was able to drive with Debra!! She was an amazing instructor who was very patient with me and she has experience with being a DMV examiner, so she knows what is being tested on and such. At first, I was nervous about driving and I wasn’t confident, but she helped me with being more confident! She also tells you wen you’re doing good and answers any questions.

My daughter began her journey with an in-class session, where she acquired valuable information that prepared her for the practical behind-the-wheel portion of the training. If you’re in your 20s and still don’t know how to drive, don’t worry, Northwest Driving School (NWDS) has everything you need to succeed. I enrolled in their 15/6 Driver’s Ed + Drive Test course and was able to get my driver’s license before summer ended.

My first time behind the wheel was with Frankie. I was nervous at first, especially since I’d never driven a Tesla, but Frankie’s guidance boosted my confidence, eased my driving anxiety, and made the experience enjoyable. Simone’s patience is unmatched, and she’s an amazing coach, especially if you want to sharpen your parking skills. Debra is super kind and helped me get comfortable driving on busy streets and highways. She’s very observant and makes sure you develop safe, proper driving habits.

On the administrative side, Luke, the office operator, made scheduling my DMV appointment quick and stress-free. Roy was incredibly friendly and reassuring when he accompanied me to my driving test. He even helped me get familiar with the test area beforehand, which made a big difference.

Thanks to this program, I also received a certificate of completion for behind-the-wheel driver’s education, which will definitely help with insurance.

NWDS has great instructors, supportive staff, and all the resources you need to become a confident driver.

This driving school seems almost flawless. I've had around 5 lessons with various instructors including Frankie, Roy, Debra, and Pedro. Every time, I have learned something new about driving or just small details I needed to know to pass the license test. The classroom kept me engaged and I received a high grade on the final exam which included almost everything there is to know about driving. I would recommend this school to anyone and everyone who is trying to get their license or just wants to learn how to drive the correct way. Amazing school!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at Northwest Driving School, especially with the incredible Ms. Margaret Estrada. As an adult learner who was extremely nervous about driving, I was dreading the process. But from day one, Ms. Estrada made me feel completely comfortable and safe. What truly sets Ms. Estrada apart is her unique teaching ability. She has this amazing way of breaking things down in a way that makes everything click. I found this school scrolling through my search for best driving schools in Las Vegas
and after looking through some reviews I had my classes scheduled for the weekend, and in just two days there was so much Frankie, better known as Mr. Fopiano, had to teach us, not to mention if you take the class here you are automatically accepted to Northwest Career College and it would be a great option for anybody looking to go to medical school. Frankie is not only a good driving instructor and teacher, but he also connects with teens and has an understanding mind. It was great getting to learn the rules of the road with somebody who made it feel like it wasn’t just some boring class that you want to pass. Even if you don’t like Mr. Fopiano (which is hard not to like him) if you pay attention and take notes, his results speak for themselves.

I got the 10 hour package during the spring sale and had Pedro my first 2 days then Simone my last 3 days. Pedro was super encouraging and gentle with his instruction. He’s got a very simplified approach, I use his version of parking. Simone was hilarious and the quintessential mom/fun auntie type. I gave her a heart attack our first session together cus I was strung out on coffee and needed a nap, but she still taught me so much that first day. I use everything she taught me from stopping gently, turning right, how to stop at stop signs- everything but parking, I use from her.
Gotta mention Luke too- he’s not an instructor as far as I’m aware but I think he’s the owner of the school? I messed up and didn’t inform one of the instructors where I needed to be picked up from and they were across town. Rules say you have 24 hours to adjust your scheduled sessions but I called, emailed, and left chats to try and get it rescheduled and he gave me a call and reopened the scheduler without charging me extra. That saved me a ton of money right there. So thank you so much for that Luke.
I drove in 2 different locations (Sahara and Decatur) and tested at the “more difficult” location Sahara because I was on a time crunch to get my license, happy to report, I passed on my first try after having these 5 classes and about 10 hours total personally. So 20 hours total.

If anyone wants to improve more of their parking then I recommend getting Simone Ranson as a driving instructor. Had an awful start in parking even after multiple lessons but after just a day with her lesson it improved drasticly. If you want extra details in driving thay aren't necessary but would still like to know to be a far better driver then I suggest Pedro Lopez. If you just wanna have a chill time then I suggest Frankie Fopiano but if you want the bare minimum experience to be a good driver then I suggest David Cook.

Note: This are the only 4 instructors that I have had so I am unable to say anything else with them but based on my experience with the 4 instructors this is all I could say, this is just my opinion which may be subjected to criticism so don't take it as a fact.

Great instructors! I mainly had driving lessons with Pedro and he was very kind and patient with me (I had failed the drive test 3x prior before consistently taking lessons from Northwest Driving School). He definitely knew all the drive test routes and took time thoroughly teaching each one of them to me. He was hands-on and gave great advice. I am a slow learner and a very nervous test taker but I managed to pass at DMV Sahara thanks to him! Will definitely recommend NWDS to my relatives here in Vegas.

From the very beginning, Frankie made me feel at ease and provided clear, step-by-step instructions that helped me feel confident behind the wheel. It was on me to do the work as well I went from knowing absolutely nothing to actually enjoying driving and passing the exam. Zach was with frankie and I on my first lesson so he got to see how much I improved. I had a lesson with him and he’s the one that got me confident enough to go on the freeway. Today was my husbands first driving test and he passed, I give a big thanks to debra and frankie, the only thing is frankie is definitely more hands on and my husband said he felt comfortable,safe and like he knew what he was doing. They have no idea how this helped us, I'm pregnant and been walking to work and back because we had no one to show us to drive and my induction is the 25th of this month. Now baby girl would have safe transportation thanks to them.

I had great experience with this driving school. Passed my driving test with 98 points. Dave and Roy, though different in their approaches, both made my lessons very enjoyable. I’d definitely suggest if you are taking more lessons try out different instructors to see who fits you best! 10/10 recommend Northwest Driving
