Reschedule Policy
- You must provide 24 hours notice to reschedule a lesson. You can go to your student portal to reschedule 24 hours before your lesson time.
- If you must reschedule with less notice, you must call the NWDS office (702-212-5667) to reschedule, and you will be charged a $50 reschedule fee for that missed lesson.
Refund Policy
- We only allow refunds up to 30 days after purchase. If a student would like a refund after 30 days, they will be given the option to reschedule the appointment or transition their lessons to another sibling/friend.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK:
By signing this Release and Waiver Form, you acknowledge and understand that COVID-19 is a global pandemic. Symptoms of the virus typically include coughing, fever, and shortness of breath, and in more severe cases may include persistent pain or pressure in the chest, confusion or inability to arouse, and bluish lips or face (when hospitalization is urgent). Based on current information, COVID-19 may be 20 times or more lethal than the common flu, causing severe symptoms or death in approximately 15% to 20% of infected individuals. Anyone with a compromised immune system is particularly at risk, including the elderly. For more information, please see the following websites:

By signing this Release and Waiver Form, you, on behalf of yourself, your spouse, heirs, assigns, executors, administrators, family, and next of kin (collectively, “Releasors”) hereby agree to release, waive, and forever discharge NWDS, its owners, shareholders, members, directors, officers, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and employees (collectively, “Releasees”) from any and all actions, causes of action, claims, suits, debts, dues, sums of money, bonds, bills, balances, losses, costs, expenses, damages, covenants, Release and Waiver Forms, commitments, undertakings, promises, liabilities, obligations, lawsuits, judgments, orders and demands whatsoever, in law, at equity or otherwise, of whatever kind or nature, whether known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, asserted, accrued, unaccrued, actual, contingent, or otherwise, direct or indirect and whether or not concealed or hidden arising out of, on account of or relating to any injury, illness, hospitalization and/or death arising out of or relating to COVID-19 (the “Released Claims”). You also agree that you will not directly or indirectly, bring, commence, institute, maintain, prosecute, aid or fund in any way any action of any kind or otherwise assert against any of the Releasees regarding the Released Claims.
By signing this Release and Waiver Form, you and the Releasors hereby agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Releasees from losses, liabilities, obligations, claims, damages, settlements, injunctions, suits, actions, proceedings, demands, charges, fines, penalties, costs and expenses of every kind and nature, including reasonable fees, attorneys fees, medical fees, and costs, and/or experts fees imposed upon, asserted against or incurred by any of the Releasees arising out of or relating to the Released Claims, whether caused by the ordinary negligence of any of the Releasees, including and/or arising out of your improper and/or tortious conduct in connection therewith.
INFORMED CONSENT AND VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION:
By signing this Release and Waiver Form, you acknowledge and understand that (1) COVID-19 is extremely contagious, (2) you have taken it upon yourself to be fully informed of the numerous risks and potential dangers associated with COVID-19, (3) the Releasees cannot guarantee your personal safety, and (4) your Release and Waiver Form to appear and work on-site at NWDS is entirely voluntary.
By signing this Release and Waiver Form, you hereby understand and agree that you are responsible for the following: (1) complying state and federal guidelines and safety protocols regarding COVID-19, (2) complying with all NWDS policies and procedures, (3) immediately informing NWDS orally and in writing if you do not feel comfortable either Behind-The-Wheel or in Drivers Ed classes, (4) immediately informing NWDS orally and in writing if you believe that, you or anyone else you have been in contact with, has symptoms related to COVID-19, and (5) immediately ceasing any and all lessons or classes and leaving NWDS’s property if you believe that you have symptoms related to COVID-19.
By signing this Release and Waiver Form, you acknowledge that this Release and Waiver Form is intended to be fully severable and that if any portion of this Release and Waiver Form is held invalid, it is agreed that the remainder of the Release and Waiver Form shall continue to be in full legal force and effect. This Release and Waiver Form, or any portion thereof, cannot be modified or waived without the written consent of yourself and NWDS’s General Manager. This Release and Waiver Form is to be interpreted and enforced under the laws of the State of Nevada, with venue in the Las Vegas District Court, Eighth Judicial District.
UNDERSTANDING OF RELEASE AND WAIVER FORM:
By signing this Release and Waiver Form, you hereby accept all of its terms and conditions, and agree and acknowledge that no oral representations, statements, or inducements have been made to have you sign this Release and Waiver Form. Further, you hereby acknowledge that you have completely read and understand this Release and Waiver Form, that it will be construed by a court of competent jurisdiction as being jointly prepared by you and NWDS, that you have had the opportunity to consult with an attorney prior to signing the Release and Waiver Form, and that your signature is voluntary. Finally, you understand and agree that by voluntarily signing this Release and Waiver Form, you are providing an unconditional release of liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
